“Storytelling opens hearts to diverse perspectives, sparks curiosity, and creates change that ripples far beyond the moment.”
Teula Wylde
Lived Experience Presenter
A human book of lived experience
Teula is an active diverse storyteller. She shares her lived experiences of Bipolar, addiction, grief, wellness, wholeness, nature communion and sacred ceremony, as a Storyteller, One-woman performer and Keynote Mental Health Speaker.
She has contributed to national conversations around mental health, isolation, and wellness; spoken at suicide prevention and mental health awareness events; shared podcast interviews on Bipolar; and International Women's Day.
Teula shares vulnerably and with inspiration, the reweaving of her ‘brokenness’ back into wholeness, and living ‘wholeness’ through embracing her inner wylde nature, catapulting a variety of audiences and communities into critical reflection.
How do we, as a society, reweave a reality where complexity and diversity not only belongs but thrives?

Workshop Facilitator
Teula is a passionate advocate for self-inquiry: the courageous practice of discovering who we are beneath the many layers of expectation, conditioning and domestication.
Private holding (for communities, organisations and schools) of established workshops, or specifically crafted to meet your need. All workshops use guided ceremonial processes to create a safe pathway into the psyche, the imagination, the body and the heart. Can be packaged with an inspirational speaking presentation.
Not to become somebody new, but to remember what has always been alive within you.

Private or Public Ceremony and Rites of Passage
As a ceremony woman, Teula loves creating and holding sacred processes that honour the transitions, complexities and meaningful thresholds of human life.
Ceremonies may be held privately or within the community and crafted for your specific desire and intention. Each experience is purposefully created as a safe and supportive space for returning to your own natural, wylde expression of nature.
A ritual does not ask us to escape life. It helps us meet life more fully.
