Teula is an active diverse storyteller. A human book. She shares her lived experiences of mental health, addiction, grief, wellness, wholeness, nature communion and sacred ceremony, as an author, actor, public speaker.
She has contributed to national conversations around mental health, isolation, and wellness; spoken at suicide prevention and mental health awareness events; and International Women's Day.
Teula shares vulnerably and with inspiration, the reweaving of her 'brokenness' back into wholeness, catapulting a variety of audiences and communities into critical reflect on
How we, as a society, can reweave a reality where complexity and diversity belong?
Teula is performing her primer solo-woman show UN/BROKEN at the 2026 Melbourne Fringe Festival. She is passionate and available to create and speak at any public or private event or school or organisation to help spread awareness, compassion and social change.
